OWO Logistics

Add last-mile capacity without adding a fleet

We pick up at your distribution center and deliver with neighbors who already live on the route. You choose how much of the chain we take: the whole operation, or just the last stretch.

The problem

Today, growing your deliveries means growing your fleet

And a fleet is paid for twelve months even when the peak lasts three weeks. All three bottlenecks of the traditional last mile change when the person delivering already lives on the block.

  • Fleet

Every peak asks for vans you will not need later

A logistics operator or an e-commerce retailer sizes its fleet for the worst month and pays for it the other eleven. Delivering from within the neighborhood raises transport capacity by up to 64% without a single extra vehicle, and cuts the footprint by 24% per package.

  • Dock

Orders pile up before they even leave

Long routes stack orders at the dock, and with them go up your delivery headcount, your shrinkage from lost parcels and dispatch times you no longer control. Each ower picks up their own share and sets out from their own neighborhood.

  • Delivery

Deliveries fail in the last few meters

A missed-delivery slip is a delivery paid for twice. The traditional system squeezes couriers until they churn; an ower delivers in the hours they chose, which is why they come back. With neighbors, the network completes 95% of its deliveries with no return: 132,881 dispatches in Santiago since 2022.

Options

You choose where our work begins

All of them run on the same network of owers. What changes in the first three is where we join the chain; the fourth runs it the other way.

Getting started

Three steps to your first delivery

  1. You tell us about your operation

How many deliveries you move, to which districts and where they ship from. The right option follows from that.

  2. We connect to what you already run

The integration works against your current system. You change neither platform nor internal process.

  3. The first package goes out

Each delivery lands with the ower whose radius already covers it, and you follow it live through to the proof of delivery.

What doesn't scale with you

Your capacity goes up. Your fleet and payroll stay put

Next step

Shall we run your volume?

Tell us how many deliveries you move each month and where they ship from. We come back with a proposal and the option that fits.
