I am waiting for a parcel

You bought something and a neighbor is bringing it over.

  • Where do I find my tracking number?

The shop sent it to you in the dispatch email or message. If you cannot see it, search your inbox for “tracking” or “dispatch” and check your spam folder.

  • Who is going to hand me the parcel?

An ower, a neighbor from your area who took that delivery. They get around on foot, by bike or on public transport, along the same streets you do.

  • Why will you not tell me who is carrying my parcel?

Because the person carrying it is just that, a person. Publishing their name, their photo or their route would leave them exposed with no way out, so we show you which stage your parcel is at.

  • Can they contact me to arrange the delivery?

Yes. They may message or call you to agree a time, or to meet you at the door. Delivering between neighbors works like that, you talk it over.

  • How big are the parcels you deliver?

Parcels that fit in a backpack. The network is built for what you buy online, so house moves and bulky freight fall outside it.

I want to be an ower

Deliver in your own neighborhood, in the hours you choose.

  • What does being an ower mean?

Taking parcels to people who live near you, using trips you already make. You mark your area and the system offers you the deliveries that fall inside it.

  • How much do you earn?

You earn a commission for every confirmed delivery, so the more you take, the more you keep. Payment reaches your account within the following week.

  • Do I need a car or a motorbike?

No. Parcels fit in a backpack, so they are delivered on foot, by bike or on public transport, within the radius you marked.

  • Is this a job with a contract?

No, there are no set hours and no employment contract. You take the deliveries you want, when you can, and you are paid per delivery made.

  • How do I sign up?

You fill in the form with your delivery area, we check your details and your access to the app arrives. From there you already see the parcels available near you.

  • How do I get paid?

We transfer it to the account you registered. Payment runs per confirmed delivery, so you have no minimum to reach and no schedule to keep.

  • How do I change my address or my coverage area?

From your profile in the app. Changing the radius immediately changes which parcels reach you, so it is worth adjusting if you move or your daily route changes.

  • What if no parcels reach me?

It depends on how much demand there is in your radius. You can widen it or look at which hours your area moves. Neighborhoods with more shops and more online buying move more deliveries.

  • How do I report a problem during my route?

From the app, on the delivery in progress. What happened is recorded there, and with that we sort it out with the shop and with you.

I represent a company

You ship parcels to homes, or you stock neighborhood stores.

  • What is OWO?

A delivery network made of neighbors. Instead of running a van across the city, your parcel is carried by someone already in the destination neighborhood. It costs less and it arrives sooner.

  • How does it work?

You hand us the parcels and the system offers them to the owers whose area covers each address. Whoever takes one makes the delivery and confirms it in the app, and that feeds the tracking.

  • What kind of companies do you serve?

Retail that ships to homes, such as e-commerce and shops, and distributors that stock neighborhood stores. Two different operations over the same network of neighbors.

  • How much does the service cost?

It depends on your monthly volume and the districts you ship to, so we answer with concrete numbers. Tell us how much you move and where.
